The Zachary and Son’s team is willing to work with you on searching for workable lots. It’s difficult to know what’s underground without doing some exploratory work.

How long does it take to build a home?

Dependent on the size of your home, you can anticipate the building phase to be completed in 9-12 months. 

How long does it take to design a home?

The design phase can take up to 6 months to a year. This is dependent on work with the architect.

Is Las Campanas the only gated community in Santa Fe?

Santa Fe has many gated communities! From right in town, to out in Teseuqe, there are plenty of options to look at when wanting to build in a gated community.

Does Zachary and Sons do remodels?

Yes, Zachary and Sons do complete remodels, and quite frequently! Santa Fe has a lot of old homes in need of serious work, and we love the challenges they present to the team.

Is mountain building expensive?

Building in the mountains can present some challenges, such as large rocks that must be excavated or clay-filled soil. We recommend having exploratory soils testing done before buying a lot and certainly before any work can begin.
