Zachary & Sons Homes completed a full-gut remodel of a historic residence near Museum Hill in Santa Fe, originally designed by renowned Santa Fe architect John Gaw Meem. The project was a collaborative effort with Richard Martinez Architecture and Neu Bleu Interiors(@neubleuinteriors ), led by interior designer Erica Burke.
The home was completely gutted and thoughtfully rebuilt with a focus on craftsmanship, material authenticity, and artistic flow. Custom cabinetry by Ernest Thompson Cabinets, traditional Saltillo tile floors, and hand-applied diamond plaster walls create a layered, tactile interior that honors Santa Fe’s architectural heritage while elevating it with refined execution.
This project exemplifies Zachary & Sons’ commitment to precision remodeling, collaborative design, and the highest level of craftsmanship—bringing together architects, designers, and artisans to create a cohesive and enduring home.
