Elegantly designed and expertly crafted, this luxurious modern home at the Club Casitas in Las Campanas is a testament to the grace and tranquility that modern architecture can bring to Santa Fe. The centrally located kitchen, complete with a temperature-controlled metal-and-glass wine cellar, is perfect for gatherings of all sizes and offers everything a home chef could desire.
A full-wall sliding glass pocket door transforms the main living space into every golfer’s vision of the perfect evening; views overlook the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus–designed golf course at Las Campanas. More grand views await up the stairs from the rooftop deck.
Paul Baglione did all the custom cabinetry. Cabinetry is one of the most difficult things. Millwork is so hard to do, and it takes a special talent to do it. Thank you to Paul Baglione for the beautiful white oak cabinets and the interior doors.
Another shout out to Plaza Hardwoods for supplying the Ashwood from Holland and to Elevation Construction, who was able to put this beautiful ceiling together. It was so artistic!
There’s no right angle in this house. Every wall has a specific, intentional angle. This makes installing a wood ceiling like this very difficult.
Sendero has many fire features as well as heaters to help provide ambiance as well as warmth year round.
The house is equipped with Matic brand porch heaters that can be turned on in the evening when it’s cool and really allows for year-round use. The heaters are integrated into the ceiling, so you don’t really notice them above.
They are really important for outdoor living, being at the top as one of the most important areas of living in the house, the ability to actually use it in the fall and winter while you’re entertaining.
3 Sendero Centro is an entertainer’s home. It’s meant to be a place for people to gather and to explore and discover all of the features that this home has to offer.
Upon entering the home, there’s a touchpad that directs you to turn on all of the lights in the home with the push of a button. When you exit the house, all the lights can turn off with the push of a button. It also has a fully integrated security sound system.
Sound system, so you can listen to music while you’re hanging out in your bedroom while you’re in the den. The living room, and kitchen, are all separately zoned. In this home, we put shades and the windows are very large in this house, so window shades are located everywhere and they are also part of the automated system.
