Main living areas were given new satin-finish Venetian plaster,instilling a cohesive,timeless finish complementing the sanded and repainted ceiling and lighting systems.
New cabinets and marble countertops along with stainless steel appliances, updated the kitchen experience. The neutral brown cabinet color and tiles, tie in a traditional Santa Fe pallet.
In the bathrooms, original, one-of-a-kind tiles from the guest bathroom were brightened up with new grout and cabinetry as part of a total renovation, with neutral tiles and stone adorning the space.
Originally built in 1930, this pueblo style home presented a unique challenge in keeping the historical design while making it a fully modern and functional Santa Fe transitional retreat.
