Why Do Some Builders Shy Away From Remodels?
In a way they’re harder, but we won’t say that, you know, cause you never know what’s coming any day. What you’re gonna uncover, you know, could be a wall that’s crumbling like Josh told me those Vegas in the pictures were all bowed because there was like 9 roofs on. There had been re route so many times that this ceiling was coming and pushing down on the Vigas.
I mean the old companies are not getting into as much remodels as Zachary and Sons. They don’t wanna do all this stuff anymore. They don’t wanna do the hard stuff. They’re getting old.
That’s why Zachary Shultz is lucky he’s got Josh and Aaron Shultz who want to do the work. A great thing as well, Josh and Aaron have their dad to ask a million question.
What Makes Zachary and Sons Award Winning Remodeling Service Different?
I’d say, youth an energy that it’s multi generational, you know. It’s not going away. when you do see a company that is is a part of something, a multigenerational thing that they’re sticking around, that they’re not corporate.
When you’re in the community. You’re not just a salesman that then flies out on the weekends to your home in Florida, or whatever. Right? No, absolutely. And I think that’s what made this group like, I’ll say the ones are like in that 30 year group successful because they all did have deep roots, including Zachary, I mean, he’s one of them, you know, who has kids here, and Josh and Aaron and her sister went to school. So he and his wife were so involved and very invested in Santa Fe, but most known older builders are now moving on.
