Contractors

I would like to thank some of the trades and the vendors that worked on this project entering the 2023 Parade of Homes. Marvin Windows is a very important vendor and manufacturer to thank. Thank you!

A shout out to Hoopes & Associates, Andrea Caraballo. We could not have done this without her. She is the architect and the interior designer for this home. The vision came from her, and what you see is a piece of her in this house. It’s really truly a work of art. Thanks to Hoops and Associates

I would like to thank Built Design. Built Design furnished the house. An amazing job working with the architect to create a vibe, to create the feeling, you know, putting furniture in the house is like the signature touch. It’s the last thing we do in a home, but it brings life to the house. Furniture brings life, and allows one to imagine themself being in a home.

Paul Baglione for the cabinetry. Cabinetry is one of the most difficult things. Millwork is so hard to do, and it takes a special talent to do it. Thank you to Paul Baglione for the beautiful white oak cabinets and the interior doors.

We have 25 foot wide, fully automated sliding doors, which means you don’t have to put your blood, sweat, and tears into opening this door by a push of a button. It’s going to open. Every window in this house was specifically designed for this home, all customized.

Another shout out to Plaza Hardwoods for supplying the Ashwood from Holland and to Elevation Construction, who was able to put this beautiful ceiling together. It was so artistic!

There’s no right angle in this house. Every wall has has a specific intentional angle, which makes installing a wood ceiling like this very difficult.

The landscape of the outdoor living spaces is a credit to Solange Serquis of Serquis + Associates. Landscape goes hand in hand with architecture. She did an amazing job bringing this home to life.

And lastly, the art from Acosta Strong. Carlos Acosta did a spectacular job with the placement of the art.

It’s a group of individuals and companies and teams that brings a house of this magnitude together that we wouldn’t be able to do without collaboration between the trades, between the artists, between the vendors, the architects, and the designers.
