Luxury Den
Probably my favorite room in the house, the den is a meeting place to watch movies, do office work, enjoy great views of the golf course, and just kick our feet back and relax.
The window shades blackout the sun, giving us a great opportunity to watch movies. The steelwork in this room is really architecturally carried throughout the home. You’ll see this vertical black steel paneling in the den, the living room and into the wine cellar. This is a very calculated and intentional feature of the home. And it’s one that provides a very comfortable feeling in this room, and one that we’re really excited to sh share with visitors during the Parade to Homes in 2023.
